人力资源是企业最宝贵的战略性资源,是企业发展的关键因素,如何有效地激励员工,使其发挥最大作用,对企业有着非常重要的意义。随着物质条件的丰富、管理成本的上升以及物质激励边际效应的下降,对于非经济性报酬激励机制的研究也必将成为理论界和企业界共同关注的重要问题。本文对新疆少数民族企业非经济性报酬激励问题提出了几点建议。
Human resources are the most valuable strategic resource of an enterprise and the key factor for the development of an enterprise. How to effectively motivate employees and make them play a most important role is of great significance to enterprises. With the enrichment of material conditions, the rise of management costs and the decline of the marginal effect of material incentives, the research on the incentive mechanism of non-economic remuneration will surely become an important issue of common concern in theorists and business circles. This article puts forward some suggestions on the incentive of non-economic remuneration of ethnic minority enterprises in Xinjiang.
