1981年,我们参加了北京所由英国引进的MM1200质谱计的调试、验收工作,随即在该仪器上开展了K—Ar稀释法同位素地质年龄测定.在新的仪器上开展新的实验方法,首先必须了解实验数据的可信程度,因此进行一番实验误差分析是非常必要的.1.实验条件概述MM1200质谱计由Ar同位素提取系统和质谱计两部分组成,把样品的熔融纯化、Ar~(sa)稀释剂的定量分取和Ar同位素质谱分析融为一体;在仪器设计上采用了现代超高真空技术和配有计算机的数据自动获取系统,因而分析的灵敏度高、精度高、速度快.
