文章在概述了我国货车制动机现状及国外解决重载列车制动问題的概况后,提出了解决我国重栽列车制动问题的途径。最后提出几点建议:(1) 制动装置的更新换代工作应抓紧:即新造车装103阀和高摩合成闸瓦;进行引进制动机与国内制动机的混编试验,以从速确定引进还是自行研制新型制动机;改造GK型制动机。(2) 新造机车需加装电阻制动及断钩保护装置;降低运用时的制动率;改造ET-6型制动机。(3) 因地制宜采取措施以刮开行组合列车。(4) 恢复制动委员会。(5) 组织制动装置专业化生产工厂。
After an overview of the status quo of truck brakes in our country and the overview of braking problems of heavy-haul trains in foreign countries, this paper presents ways to solve the problem of braking of heavy-train trains in China. Finally, some suggestions are put forward: (1) Replacement of brake device should be grasped: that is, the newly built valve 103 and high-friction brake shoe should be incorporated; the compounding test of the imported brake and the domestic brake should be carried out to confirm as soon as possible The introduction or the development of a new type of brake; transform GK brake. (2) new locomotives need to install resistance braking and broken hook protection device; reduce the use of braking rate; transformation ET-6-type brake. (3) Take measures to local conditions to scratch the line combination train. (4) Resume Braking Committee. (5) Organization of brake specialized production plant.
