本文从调速回路的基本原理出发,分析了稳流量式轴向变量柱塞泵的控制特性,建立了该回路的数学模型。并用方块图与反馈控制理论导出了这种调速回路速度刚性的数学表达式,估算了由负载引起的速度误差。文章最后指出有关速度刚性的表达式及其影响因素也适于用于其他型式的稳流量泵回路。虽然组合机用自驱式动力头已被淘汰,但作为其进给动力源的该调速回路,由于其速度刚性和效率均高,仍将有广泛的用途。
Based on the basic principle of speed control loop, this paper analyzes the control characteristics of the steady flow axial variable displacement piston pump, and establishes the mathematical model of the loop. Using the block diagram and feedback control theory, the mathematical expression of the speed rigidity of the speed control loop is derived and the speed error caused by the load is estimated. Finally, the article points out that the expression of speed rigidity and its influencing factors are also suitable for other types of steady flow pump circuits. Although the combination machine self-propelled power head has been eliminated, but as the feed power source of the speed loop, due to its high speed rigidity and efficiency, there will be a wide range of uses.
