海藻酸疏水衍生物水悬纳米胶囊的制备及其性能

采用海藻酸辛酰胺作为囊材,基于微乳模板制备了功夫菊酯水悬纳米胶囊。采用透射电镜对纳米胶囊的形貌进行了考察;结合激光粒度仪对胶囊的粒径进行了分析;讨论了不同海藻酸辛酰胺、氯化钙和表面活性剂的用量对制备的胶囊粒径的影响;并使用气相色谱测定胶囊中功夫菊酯的释放量,研究其释放性能。结果表明:随着加入表面活性剂量的增加,纳米胶囊的粒径逐渐减小;当w(功夫菊酯)=2.5%,w(表面活性剂)=17.5%,w(海藻酸辛酰胺)=0.1%,w(CaCl2)=0.05%时,水悬纳米胶囊平均粒径为7.76 nm;功夫菊酯纳米胶囊累积释放率达到60%时需300 min,微乳需200 min,纳米胶囊减缓了芯药的释放。 Using alginic acid octamide as the material of the capsule, a series of capsules were prepared based on the microemulsion template. The morphology of the nanocapsules was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The particle size of the nanocapsules was analyzed by laser particle sizer. The effects of the amount of capsaicin, calcium chloride and surfactant on the particle size were discussed The release of cyhalothrin in capsules was determined by gas chromatography. The results showed that the particle size of nanocapsules decreased with the increase of the amount of surfactant added. When w (phleum phonhate) = 2.5%, w (surfactant) = 17.5%, w %, w (CaCl2) = 0.05%, the average particle size of water suspension capsules was 7.76 nm; the cumulative release rate of kaempferide nanocapsules was 300% when the cumulative release rate was 60%; the microemulsion needed 200 min; Release.
