科学的认识与了解受教育的心理特点,对于我们有效的实施体育教学计划,按照体育教学程序合理的、科学的组织体育教学,有着重要的现实意义。体育教学过程是在集体活动中并通过集体活动而实现的,这就构成了体育教学的基本单位,这是人所共知的。集体是一个有组织的群体,其成员对于整个群体和每个个人都存在着有意义的共同价值。其中人际关系以具有社会价值和个人意义的共同活动内容为中介。人际吸引是人际关系的一种积极状态,人际吸引的产生跟人际关系双方的心理特点,交往历程有关。在实际的生活、工作和学习中,每一个人都需要别人的帮助和启发,都有人际交往。体育教学过程中受教育者被此频繁的接触,他们通过练习(身体活动)为中介,以及相互作用和相互关系的一切现象都要以体育教学目的、教学任务、教材内容作为转移基础。以
