本文利用材料在滑动摩擦磨损过程中磨损层的残余内应力分布与其弹、塑性变形之间的内在联系。通过探测磨损层内的残余内应力分布规律来探讨不同材料经不同程度磨损后的弹、塑性变形规律。从而为滑动摩擦磨损的微观机理的探讨提供了依据。本文采用x光衍射技术,分别对经1、2、3h滑动摩擦的几种材料的磨损层进行了残余内应力的探测。探测出了各种状态磨损层内的残余内应力沿纵深方向的分布曲线。并利用它对不同材料的表层和次表层在滑动摩擦磨损过程中的弹、塑性变形规律进行了分析。
In this paper, the inherent relationship between the residual internal stress distribution of wear layer and its elastic and plastic deformation during the sliding friction and wear process is studied. Through the detection of residual stress distribution in the wear layer to explore different materials after different degrees of wear elastic and plastic deformation law. This provides the basis for the discussion of the microscopic mechanism of sliding friction and wear. In this paper, X-ray diffraction technique was used to detect the residual internal stress of the wear layer of several materials sliding by 1, 2, 3 h respectively. The distribution of the residual internal stress in the wearing layer of various states along the depth direction was detected. The elastic and plastic deformation rules of the surface and sub-surface of different materials during sliding friction and wear are analyzed.
