研究了２０％Ｃｕ＋２％Ｓｎ＋Ｆｅ的青铜包覆铁粉末体烧结行为及特性，并与相近成分的混合粉末体的烧结行为及性能进行了对比。发现青铜包覆铁粉末的烧结行为与混合粉末的烧结行为相反，后者表现为体积膨胀，而前者表现为体积收缩。分析了产生这一现象的机理及相应的性能特点。
The sintering behavior and properties of bronze coated iron powder with 20% Cu + 2% Sn + Fe were investigated and compared with that of the mixed powder with similar composition. It was found that the sintering behavior of bronze coated iron powder was opposite to that of the mixed powder, the latter showed volume expansion, whereas the former showed volume shrinkage. The mechanism of producing this phenomenon and corresponding performance characteristics are analyzed.
