今年《语文学习》第二期登载的《打好扎实基础,养成良好习惯》和《大处着眼,小处着手》两篇文章,谈的是上海市如何抓好基础差的三类学校的语文教学验经,并且强调要重视低年级的教学。我认为上海市教育局提出的‘加强初中,从初一抓起,扎扎实实地提高教学质量’的要求,是值得引起全国中学语文教育界重视的大问题。因为,在当前中学语文教学(还不仅是语文教学)中,普遍存在着‘三重三轻’的偏差,即:重视抓重点学校而忽视抓一般学校,尤其是较差的所谓三类学校;重视抓高中班而忽视抓初中班;重视抓先进点上的工作而忽
