测量对旋式通风机两级叶轮的转速是其性能测试与研究中的重要环节,至今现场一直没有一种有效的测速方法。通过叶轮叶尖气压的脉动频率与叶轮转速之间的关系,阐述了通过测量叶尖气压脉动频率来计算叶轮转速的原理和方法。通过现场测试和结果对比,证明了叶尖气压频率法是一种操作简便,结果准确,适用于对旋式通风机的测速方法。
Measurement of rotary fan two-stage impeller speed is an important part of its performance testing and research, the scene has so far no effective speed measurement method. Based on the relationship between the pulsation frequency of impeller tip pressure and impeller speed, the principle and method of calculating impeller speed by measuring the pulsation frequency of tip air pressure are described. Through field test and comparison of results, it is proved that the tip pressure frequency method is a simple, accurate and suitable speed measurement method for rotary ventilator.
