利用异丙醇铝通过溶胶-凝胶法制得Al2O3溶胶,在制膜液中引入掺杂元素Ag,探讨不同制膜液浓度和掺杂量下的膜层形貌特征,优选引入掺杂时的制膜液浓度和添加量,为引入掺杂元素合成无缺陷的陶瓷膜提供基础。结果表明,引入掺杂元素Ag后膜层形貌有所改善,连续性好,覆盖全面;制膜液的最佳浓度为0.032mol/L,Ag的最佳添加量为0.5%,在此条件下可以得到连续性好,颗粒形状均匀规则,颗粒间孔隙小的完整Al2O3陶瓷膜层。
Al 2 O 3 sol was prepared by sol-gel method using aluminum isopropoxide and the doping element Ag was introduced into the film forming solution to investigate the film topography under different film forming concentrations and doping levels. The concentration and amount of film-forming solution provide a basis for the synthesis of defect-free ceramic films by introducing doping elements. The results showed that the morphology of the coating improved with the addition of Ag, the continuity was good and the coverage was comprehensive. The optimum concentration of the solution was 0.032mol / L, and the optimum addition of Ag was 0.5% Under the continuous good, uniform shape of the particles, small particles between the pores of a complete Al2O3 ceramic coating.
