宋深8HC井是松辽盆地东南断陷区徐家围子断陷宋站低隆起带上的一口重点水平井,采用裸眼完井,在水平段下入了11个裸眼封隔器和10个压裂滑套,希望实现对水平段的分段压裂改造。在压裂时发生砂堵,压裂滑套没有打开,压裂终止。前期利用连续油管进行了冲砂作业,由于水平段内管柱结构复杂,压裂滑套最小内径只有35.6mm。采用常规射孔都不能实现打开压裂滑套的目的,针对宋深8HC井的实际情况,采用连续油管输送射孔,优化连续油管传输射孔方案,组合连续油管射孔工具管串,大庆油田首次连续油管水平井射孔在宋深8HC井获得成功,射开了压裂滑套,为下一步压裂施工打开了压裂通道。今后连续油管传输射孔技术的进一步推广应用奠定了基础。
