目前国内沥青改性剂大多为石油副产品,造价高且不可再生,无法满足日益增长的公路建设需求,需要找到天然可再生且性能良好、价格适宜的新型改性剂来补充。因此在介绍杜仲胶硫化过程及硫化胶物理力学性能,及其良好的工程学特性及工程应用前景的基础上,根据其具有的橡胶—塑料统一材料谱特点,提出了将天然橡胶——杜仲胶作为改性剂与沥青共混。进行了红外光谱和扫描电镜分析以及沥青基本指标试验,试验结果表明杜仲胶可以改善沥青低温性能、明显改善沥青高温性能,验证了杜仲胶可用于沥青改性的论点。

The results of infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and asphalt basic index test show that Eucommia ulmoides gum can improve the low temperature performance of asphalt and significantly improve the high temperature performance of asphalt, and verify the conception that Eucommia gum can be used for asphalt modification.
