目的探讨以患者为中心的立体渗透教育模式在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用价值。方法选取2012年6月至2014年6月沈阳市第九人民医院收治的600例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各300例。对照组患者给予常规健康教育,观察组患者采用以患者为中心、全方位立体渗透教育模式进行健康教育,比较两组患者的用药依从性、饮食治疗、运动锻炼、自我监测评分。结果健康教育干预后1、3、6个月,观察组患者的用药依从性、饮食治疗、运动锻炼、自我监测评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施以患者为中心立体渗透教育模式的健康教育,可提高患者对糖尿病健康知识的掌握程度。
Objective To explore the value of patient-centered stereoscopic education in health education of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Six hundred and sixty diabetic patients admitted to the Ninth People’s Hospital of Shenyang from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group with 300 cases in each group according to random number table method. The patients in the control group were given regular health education. The patients in the observation group were given health education on the basis of patient-centered and all-around stereoscopic education. The medication compliance, diet therapy, exercise training and self-monitoring scores of the two groups were compared. Results At 1, 3, and 6 months after the intervention of health education, the medication compliance, diet therapy, exercise training and self-monitoring score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of health education based on patient-centered three-dimensional infiltration in diabetic patients can improve the patients’ mastery of diabetes health knowledge.
