近年来有些文章推荐用MNT(微核试验)作为化学诱变物体内试验的简单而实用的细胞遗传学筛选方法。为了进一步评价,作者设计了一系列实验,以便肯定此方法。本实验用小鼠以阿糖胞苷进行MNT和染色体分析比较。实验用30g的雄性小鼠,分为6组,每组8只(每种方法用4只)。实验组间隔24小时腹腔注射阿糖胞苷2次,剂量为0.1、2、10、100和400mg/kg。另一组不注射阿糖胞苷作为对照。第2次注射后24小时将小鼠处死取骨髓,按Schmid法做MNT,按Kilian法进行染色体分析。MNT对多染性和正染色红细胞的微
In recent years, some articles recommend using MNT (Micronucleus Test) as a simple and practical method for screening cytogenetics for in vivo testing of chemical mutagens. For further evaluation, the author designed a series of experiments in order to confirm this method. In this experiment, mice were compared with cytarabine for MNT and chromosome analysis. Experimental 30g male mice were divided into 6 groups of 8 (4 for each method).
