我国进入畜牧业文化遗产整理时期,本文尝试对中国畜牧业文化遗产进行了区域划分并简要概述其整体特征,以利对我国畜牧业文化遗产的采撷与理解。从分布地域、经营方式、经济地位、畜禽品种、文化类型五个方面的差异,可将中国畜牧业文化遗产划分为农耕畜牧业文化遗产区和草原畜牧业文化遗产区两大部分。再依据立地条件、家畜种类、生产结构、民族文化等差异,划分出南方农耕畜牧业文化遗产区、北方农耕畜牧业文化遗产区和蒙古高原畜牧业文化遗产区、青藏高原畜牧业文化遗产区和西北内陆地区畜牧业文化遗产区的二级分类。
China entered the period of finishing the cultural heritages of animal husbandry. This paper tries to divide the cultural heritages of China’s livestock husbandry and briefly summarize the overall characteristics to facilitate the acquisition and understanding of the cultural heritage of animal husbandry in China. The cultural heritages of animal husbandry in China can be divided into two parts: the cultural heritages of farming livestock husbandry and the cultural heritages of grassland husbandry, from the differences of geographical distribution, management mode, economic status, livestock breeds and cultural types. According to the differences of site conditions, livestock species, production structure and national culture, the paper divides the cultural grazing area of the Southern Farm Animal Husbandry, the Northern Farm Animal Husbandry Cultural Heritage Area and the Mongolia Plateau Animal Husbandry Cultural Heritage Area, the Tibetan Plateau Animal Husbandry Cultural Heritage Zone and Secondary Classification of Animal Husbandry Cultural Heritage Area in Northwest Inland.
