防止菌种退化的几项简便措施

目前,在食用菌生产中存在着一个比较严重的问题,即菌种“退化”。尤其是生料生产的平菇更为严重。这里所说的退化,主要指如下表现:(1)在试管斜面上,菌丝细弱,气生菌丝多,呈棉絮状;(2)在原种、栽培种生产中,菌丝弱、长势慢,易感染霉菌(绿霉菌最多);(3)在生料栽培中,表现为“吃料”慢,抗逆性差,易污染,产量逐渐(或骤然)降低等。 At present, there is a serious problem in the production of mushrooms, that is, the strain is “degenerated.” In particular, raw mushroom production is more serious.
