放射治疗射野设计的目标是使靶区受到所需的照射剂量,而使正常器官尽量少受照射。通常由设计人员先设置各种射野并给定各野剂量,然后求出它们的剂量分布,从中选出最满意的治疗方案。本组文章的目的是探索比较布野优劣的通用指标和寻求布野最优化的方法。 比较治疗方案的优劣,建议用偏优指数,危险区剂量及体积剂量三个指标作基本指标。其中,体积剂量在文献中已有介绍,危险区剂量将另讨论,本文讨论偏优指数的概念及其最优化方法。
The goal of the radiotherapy field design is to subject the target area to the required radiation dose, leaving the normal organs to be exposed as little as possible. Usually by the designer to set up a variety of fields and give each field dose, and then calculate their dose distribution, from which to select the most satisfactory treatment program. The purpose of this group of articles is to explore common indicators for comparing the advantages and disadvantages of wilderness and to seek for the optimization of wilderness. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the treatment plan, it is recommended to use the three indicators of the partial index, the dangerous area dose and the volume dose as basic indicators.
