目的:为山橿的开发利用及生药学方面的研究提供科学依据。方法:依据形态学特征对山橿药材进行性状特征,显微特征鉴别;运用薄层色谱法对山橿进行理化特征鉴定。结果:山橿的药材性状、显微、理化(薄层色谱)具有显著鉴别特征。结论:对山橿的开发利用、质量标准的制定及生药学方面的研究具有重要意义。
Objective: To provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of hawthorn and pharmacognosy research. Methods: According to the morphological characteristics, the traits and microscopic characteristics of Hawthorn medicinal materials were identified. The physical and chemical characteristics of Hawthorn were identified by thin-layer chromatography. Results: Hawthorn medicinal properties, microscopic, physical and chemical (thin-layer chromatography) have significant identification characteristics. Conclusion: The development and utilization of hawthorn, the formulation of quality standards and the research of pharmacognosy are of great significance.
