将多Agent技术应用于构建高效、可靠、灵活的新一代能量管理系统(N-EMS)支持平台。提出了适用于N-EMS的二维联盟多智能体架构,从增强并发和负载均衡这2个方面讨论了提高系统实时性的方法,利用黑板模型实现了Agent之间的通信、协调,将不同功能的Agent组织成完整的电力系统应用。根据该方法构建的N-EMS已经在2个省级电网投入使用,现场运行情况证明了该方法的有效性。
Multi-Agent technology is applied to build an efficient, reliable and flexible next-generation energy management system (N-EMS) support platform. A two-dimensional coalition multi-agent architecture suitable for N-EMS is proposed. The methods to improve the real-time performance of the system are discussed from two aspects: concurrency enhancement and load balancing. The blackboard model is used to realize the communication and coordination between agents. Functional Agent organized into a complete power system applications. The N-EMS constructed according to this method has been put into operation in two provincial power grids, and the field operation proves the effectiveness of this method.
