【目的】探讨施N量对西藏野生垂穗披碱草种子产量及产量因子的影响。【方法】采用随机区组设计,分别设施N量为0(CK),50,90,130,170,210,250,290和330 kg/hm2共9个处理,在不同时期观察并记录各处理垂穗披碱草的每m2生植枝数(X1)、每生植枝小穗数(X2)、每小穗小花数(X3)、每小穗种子粒数(X4)、种子千粒重(X5)和每公顷种子产量(Z),分析施N量与种子产量及产量因子间的相关性。【结果】施N量与西藏野生垂穗披碱草的种子产量、每m2生殖枝数和种子千粒重间极显著相关;每m2生殖枝数和种子千粒重均与种子产量间极显著相关,每m2生殖枝数与种子千粒重极显著相关,每小穗种子粒数与种子产量、每m2生殖枝数、种子千粒重间均达显著相关。【结论】施氮能够显著促进生殖枝和每小穗种子粒数的形成,千粒重也随之增加,但对每生殖枝小穗数、每小穗小花数无显著影响;施氮还可提高西藏野生垂穗披碱草的实际种子产量,其中以施N 250 kg/hm2的效果最好,产量可达2 016.5 kg/hm2。
【Objective】 The objective of this experiment was to investigate the effects of N application rate on the yield and yield of wild Elymus nutans in Tibet. 【Method】 A total of 9 treatments including 0, 50, 90, 130, 170, 210, 250, 290 and 330 kg / hm2 of N were used in a randomized block design. The reproductive branch number per m2 and the seed weight per 1000 were significantly correlated with the seed yield. The number of reproductive branches was significantly and significantly related to 1000-grain weight. The number of seeds per spikelet was significantly correlated with seed yield, reproductive branch number per m2, and seed weight per 1000. 【Conclusion】 Nitrogen application can significantly promote the formation of reproductive shoots and spikelets per spike, and also increase the 1000-grain weight, but there is no significant effect on the number of spikelets per reproductive branch and spikelet per spike; The actual seed yield of wild Elymus natans was the best with N 250 kg / hm2 and the yield was 2 016.5 kg / hm2.
