我厂自1979年创办以来,历经十八年的风风雨雨,企业在艰难之路上奋进,在市场大潮中崛起,成为县丝绸行业骨干企业和国家中型企业。近年来,由于东南亚金融危机对出口产品的影响,国际丝绸行情不佳,企业举步维艰。在严峻形势面前,我厂团结广大职工,负重奋进,深化改革,不断转换经营机制,积极迎接市场挑战,1～4月份,全厂实现产值1176.5万元,销售1078.4万元,产量61.3万米,利润与去年同期相比减亏17.5万元。在企业改革方面,我们主要做了以下几点:
Since its founding in 1979, our factory has experienced eighteen years of ups and downs. Enterprises have made great strides in the difficult road and emerged in the market tide. They have become the backbone enterprises of the county silk industry and the medium-sized enterprises of the country. In recent years, due to the impact of the financial crisis in Southeast Asia on export products, the international silk market has been poor and companies have struggled. In the face of grim circumstances, our factory united the broad masses of employees, forged ahead with strengths, deepened reforms, constantly transformed the operating mechanism, and actively met the challenges of the market. From January to April, the entire factory realized a production value of 11.765 million yuan, sales of 10.784 million yuan, and output of 613,000 meters. Profit decreased by 175,000 yuan compared with the same period of last year. In corporate reform, we mainly made the following points:
