目的通过对河北省某三级甲等医院员工满意度影响因素的研究,发现医院职工满意度现状,分析影响员工满意度的主要因素及相关关系,为探索基于员工满意度的医院管理有效策略提供依据,减少人才流失,提高医院医疗服务水平。方法采用分层抽样的方法选取医院各部门员工进行问卷调查,参照马斯洛需求理论从员工的绩效薪酬等9个维度,30个具体项目,用SPSS20.0软件进行统计分析。结果医院职工满意度水平为比较满意程度(3.64±0.72),其中绩效薪酬最不满意,工作环境最为满意。结论应从完善绩效考核制度,建立健全职工职业规划体系等方面提高医院职工满意度水平。
Objective To study the influencing factors of employee satisfaction in a tertiary level hospital in Hebei Province and to find out the status quo of employee satisfaction in hospitals. To analyze the main factors affecting employee satisfaction and their relationship, and to provide effective strategies for hospital management based on employee satisfaction Basis, reduce brain drain, improve the level of hospital medical services. Methods The stratified sampling method was used to select the employees of various departments in the hospital to conduct questionnaire survey. According to Maslow’s demand theory, statistical analysis was made on the nine dimensions and 30 specific items, including employee performance pay, using SPSS 20.0 software. Results The level of satisfaction of hospital staff was relatively satisfied (3.64 ± 0.72), of which the most unsatisfactory performance pay, the most satisfied with the working environment. Conclusions The level of satisfaction of hospital staff should be improved in terms of perfecting the performance appraisal system and establishing and improving the employee career planning system.
