职业能力的培养需要精细化与重复训练,将工商管理学生职业能力的培养贯穿于专业课程教学的全过程,按照PDCA管理环原理设计课程的教学流程。改革后的教学工作包括:确定职业能力培养目标,建立包含职业能力各要素在内的课程考核标准,设计包含职业能力要素的实训任务,实施精细化的训练,自我评价与小组评价,总结训练成果及存在问题,将改善方案带入下一阶段的任务及训练。通过实证研究,调查数据显示:PDCA模式下学生的职业能力各项指标测评数值高于传统模式。
The cultivation of vocational ability needs to be refined and repeated training.
