旋流的自动抑制意在建立一控制系统对飞行中进气道内旋流进行实时控制,以求在各种飞行状态下,进气道内旋流均较小.文中首先对旋流的监控进行了广泛、深入的探讨和分析,给出了监控参数与旋流之间的关系及控制措施对其关系的影响.接着建立了一套简单的旋流自动抑制系统,其中以进口段可调导流叶片作为控制措施,用步进电机带动叶片转动,通过对旋流状态的监测,由一台386微机计算、比较并调整叶片的角度.实验证实,该系统工作正常,当气流攻角不断变化时,自动抑制系统不断调整叶片角度.对抑制前后旋流的测量表明,该系统可在各种攻角情况下对旋流进行有效抑制,抑制后的旋流不再有明显的单涡旋流特征,当攻角|a|≥40°时旋流可减少70%左右.
