汽车半轴套管一般采用优质碳素结构钢和合金结构钢热轧,无缝钢管由机加工制造。对于形状简单凸缘直径不大的套管,机加工难度不大,但是对于形状复杂,内孔异形的套管采用机加工成形浪费材料或者根本无法加工。采用挤压成形有诸多优点,如节省材料,提高效率,工件性能由于塑性强化而提高等。设计了一种半轴套管的复合鐓挤成形工艺,模拟仿真的结果很理想,工件尺寸达到要求,凸凹模应力也远低于许用应力。
Car axle bushings generally use high-quality carbon structural steel and alloy steel hot-rolled, seamless steel pipe by machining. Machining is not difficult for a sleeve with a small flange diameter and a simple shape, but for complex shapes, the profiled sleeve is machined to waste material or not machined at all. The use of extrusion has many advantages, such as saving materials, improve efficiency, enhance the performance of the workpiece due to plastic and so on. A kind of composite upsetting extrusion process of half-shaft bushing was designed. The result of simulation is very satisfactory. The size of the workpiece meets the requirements. The stress of punch and die is also far lower than the allowable stress.
