一、试压检查原理集成块上通道必须保证在使用时,它所控制的执行机构或是集成块上安装的压力阀能按要求动作。因此集成块的试压检查的目的是:(1)要判明集成块内应沟通的通道确实相通;(2)要证实集成块内各不相通的通道在油压作用下不会相通或外泄。为了达到上述目的,必须设计若干种试压元件——转换开关,用它们代替相应的液压阀或过渡板,装在待试集成块上,依靠改变转换开关的位置,使集成块内各段通道分别通压力油进行试压和检查。
