江苏油田YL区块,一方面钻井施工过程中井壁失稳垮塌现象严重,致使固井设计封固段井径极不规则,“大肚子”、“糖葫芦”井眼普遍存在,另一方面井漏与气侵并存,压稳防窜与防漏矛盾突出,对提高该区块固井质量提出了更高的要求。为此研究开发了膨胀增韧水泥浆体系,优化了前置液配方及性能,并尝试使用紊流-塞流复合顶替技术来提高顶替效率,最终实现了提高YL区块固井质量之目的。
In the YL block of Jiangsu Oilfield, on the one hand, the instability of wellbore wall during drilling construction is serious, resulting in very irregular well diameter in cementing design and sealing section. In terms of co-existence of well leakage and gas invasion, the contradiction between pressure stabilizing and channeling prevention and leakage prevention is prominent, putting forward higher requirements for improving the cementing quality in this block. In order to improve the cementing quality of YL block, the expansion and toughening cement slurry system was researched and developed, and the formulation and performance of the preflush fluid were optimized. At the same time, turbulent-plug flow compound replacement technology was used to improve displacement efficiency.
