目的考察冰片与苯扎氯铵合用对红细胞及角膜上皮细胞的毒性。方法实验分为溶剂对照组、冰片组、苯扎氯铵组、冰片+苯扎氯铵组,分别测定各组红细胞半数溶血浓度(HC50)和角膜上皮细胞半数抑制浓度(IC50),根据等辐射分析法和响应面分析法判断联合作用类型和趋势,并观察二者合用对眼角膜上皮细胞增殖的影响。结果苯扎氯铵对红细胞及角膜上皮细胞的毒性作用呈明显的量效关系,加入冰片后能降低其HC50和IC50值。结论冰片与苯扎氯铵对红细胞的溶血效应表现为协同作用,冰片能增强苯扎氯铵对角膜上皮细胞的毒性作用,受损一定程度内的细胞可恢复。
Objective To investigate the toxicity of borneol and benzalkonium chloride to erythrocytes and corneal epithelial cells. Methods The experiment was divided into solvent control group, borneol group, benzalkonium chloride group and borneol + benzalkonium chloride group. The half concentration of erythrocytes (HC50) and the inhibitory concentration of corneal epithelial cells (IC50) Analytical and response surface analysis to determine the type and trend of joint effects, and observe the combination of the two on the corneal epithelial cell proliferation. Results The toxicity of benzalkonium chloride on erythrocytes and corneal epithelial cells was significantly dose-effect relationship. The addition of borneol reduced the HC50 and IC50 values. Conclusion Borneol and benzalkonium chloride have a synergistic effect on hemolysis of erythrocytes. Borneol can enhance the toxic effect of benzalkonium chloride on corneal epithelial cells, and the damaged cells within a certain extent can be recovered.
