本文依据联合开发的模式、土地特征及物业空间布局模式的理论概念,对武汉城市轨道2号线沿线15个站点的物业开发进行规划。将联合开发的模式分为地上综合体型、地下综合体型和区域网络型三类,按土地特征将轨道交通沿线土地划分为A、B、C线,采取线路上部、上盖平台等物业空间布局模式,对不同线域中的物业采取不同的开发形式和布局模式,实现由“地铁+物业”联合开发所引致的城市资源环境的协调可持续发展的目标。
This article plans the property development of 15 stations along Wuhan Metro Line 2 according to the theoretical concept of the mode of joint development, land features and spatial pattern of property distribution.
