目的 :为了解餐饮场所空气质量 ,保障就餐者及从业人员身体健康。方法 :随机抽取呼和浩特市 3区 1 5家专营火锅的大中型餐厅进行了监测。结果 :火锅店在就餐的半小时中CO浓度显著高于就餐前半小时CO浓度。结论 :火锅店在就餐中CO污染对就餐者及从业人员身体健康有一定影响。
Purpose: To understand the air quality of dining establishments and ensure the health of diners and employees. Methods: A total of 15 large and medium-sized restaurants specialized in hot pots in 3 districts of Hohhot were randomly selected for monitoring. Results: The CO concentration in the hot pot restaurant was significantly higher than that in the first half hour before eating in the half hour after eating. Conclusion: CO pollution in the hot pot restaurant during meals has a certain impact on the health of diners and employees.
