应用放射免疫法测定心肌损伤大鼠和心外膜涂酸大鼠各脑区及垂体中亮氨酸脑啡肽(LEKIS)和β—内啡肽样免疫活性物质(β—EPIS)的含量。结果表明,心肌损伤组大鼠各脑区中L EKIS和β—EPIS的含量与对照组比较,无显著性差别。心外膜涂酸组大鼠的下丘脑、中脑、海马内的LEKIS含量与对照组比较明显增加(P<0.01);纹状体的LEKIS含量亦增加(P<0.05);丘脑、桥脑、延脑与垂体的LEKIS无显著差别;β—EPIS含量仅在延脑增加(P<0.5),其它脑区无显著差别。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of leucine enkephalin (LEKIS) and β-endorphin-like immunoreactive substance (β-EPIS) in brain regions and pituitary of rats with myocardial injury and epicardial pain. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the content of L EKIS and β-EPIS in brain regions of rats with myocardial injury compared with the control group. The contents of LEKIS in hypothalamus, midbrain and hippocampus in epicardial acid-coated rats were significantly increased compared with those in control group (P <0.01). LEKIS content in striatum was also increased (P <0.05) , There was no significant difference between the extensor and pituitary LEKIS. The content of β-EPIS increased only in the extensor brain (P <0.5), but there was no significant difference in other brain regions.
