合成了5个帕利哌酮的有关物质:帕利哌酮氮氧化物(D)、3-[2-[4-(6-氟苯并[d]异噁唑-3-基)-1-哌啶基]乙基]-2-甲基-7,8-二氢-4H-吡啶并[1,2-a]嘧啶-4,9(6H)-二酮(E)、3-(2-羟乙基)-9-羟基-2-甲基-6,7,8,9-四氢-4H-吡啶并[1,2-a]嘧啶-4-酮(F)、3-[2-[4-[(2,4-二氟苯基)(肟基)甲基]哌啶-1-基]乙基]-9-羟基-2-甲基-6,7,8,9-四氢-4H-吡啶并[1,2-a]嘧啶-4-酮(G)和3-[2-[4-(6-氟苯并[d]异噁唑-3-基)-1-哌啶基]乙基]-9-羟基-2-甲基-4H-吡啶并[1,2-a]嘧啶-4-酮(H),并经MS、1H NMR和13C NMR等确证结构。
Five related substances for paliperidone were synthesized: paliperidone oxynitride (D), 3- [2- [4- (6- fluorobenzo [d] isoxazol-3- yl) -1 Dihydro-4H-pyrido [1,2-a] pyrimidine-4,9 (6H) -dione (E) Hydroxy-2-methyl-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-4H-pyrido [1,2-a] pyrimidin-4-one (F) 2- [4 - [(2,4-difluorophenyl) (hydroxyimino) methyl] piperidin- 1 -yl] ethyl] -9-hydroxy-2- methyl-6,7,8,9 4-one (G) and 3- [2- [4- (6- fluorobenzo [d] isoxazol-3-yl) - 1-piperidinyl] ethyl] -9-hydroxy-2-methyl-4H-pyrido [1,2-a] pyrimidin-4-one (H) was confirmed by MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR structure.
