合成了一系列新型O-糖基-甲氧甲酰基膦酰胺酯,并对O-糖基亚磷酰胺酯与氯甲酸甲酯的Arbuzov反应及其它有关反应进行了讨论。产物的结构经~1HNMR、~(31)PNMR、IR及元素分析确定。初步的生物活性测定结果表明,化合物3_e对人肝癌Bel-7402细胞和人白血病HL-60细胞有一定的抑制作用。化合物3a对烟草花叶病毒有一定的抑制活性.
A series of novel O-glycosyl-carbamoyl phosphonamidates were synthesized and the Arbuzov reaction of O-glycosyl phosphoramidite and methyl chloroformate and other related reactions were discussed. The structure of the product was confirmed by ~ 1HNMR, ~ (31) PNMR, IR and elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassay results showed that compound 3_e could inhibit human hepatoma Bel-7402 cells and human leukemia HL-60 cells to a certain extent. Compound 3a has some inhibitory activity against tobacco mosaic virus.
