阐述基于Cortex-M4的计轴频率信号传感器的软硬件设计以及应用。该传感器可以分别对2路2 500 Hz~5 060 Hz频率信号进行测量,输出通过RS-485总线通信接口传送,可以与PLC、RTU等终端直接组网;采用先进的MCU数字测量技术和多阶数字滤波技术,产品的集成度高、可靠性好,具有优异的精确度和稳定性,主要应用于铁路计轴系统。单片机的软件编程以Keil C编译器作为开发平台,采用C语言和部分汇编语言编写。该产品在现场从2012年已可靠运行5年,可进行大面积推广。
Describes the hardware and software design and application of the counting axis frequency signal sensor based on Cortex-M4. The sensor can measure 2 frequency signals from 2 500 Hz to 5 060 Hz separately. The output can be transmitted through the RS-485 bus communication interface. It can be directly connected with PLC, RTU and other terminals. It adopts advanced MCU digital measurement technology and multi-level Digital filtering technology, product integration, high reliability, with excellent accuracy and stability, mainly used in railway axle counting system. SCM software programming to Keil C compiler as a development platform, the use of C language and part of the assembly language. The product has been running reliably in the field for five years from 2012 and can be widely promoted.
