建馆十多年来,我馆档案业务指导工作,在全市形成了以苏州市城建档案馆为中心,六个县(市)城建档案案馆(室)和市区十四个专业主管局档案室为主要“构架”的业务工作网络。相互之间密切配合,协同工作,建立了城建档案“统一领导,集中与分级”管理的运行机制。通过网络活动,评比检查,参观学习,举办培训班等手段,全市的城建档案的质量普遍提高,技术人员的素质有了明显提高。但是随着改革开放的不断深入,市场经济体制改革的进行,原有的业务指导工作方法已很不适应,必须拓展新的工作模式、新的路子。
