1 处方 当归30g,川芎30g,川乌(制)30g,草乌(制)30g,金银花30g,乌梅30g,白酒1kg,白糖适量(矫味剂)。 2 配制工艺及质控 工艺:将六种中药酌情碎断后,置广口瓶中,加入白酒1kg,密闭浸泡,每日搅拌两次,七天后,每周搅拌一次,共浸泡30天,取上清液,压榨药渣,榨出液与上清液合并,加适量白糖,搅拌溶解,密封,静置七天,滤清,即得。 质控:应符合《中国药典》一九九○年版一部附录中酒剂项下的有关规定。 3 用法与用量 口服,每次20ml,每日两次。孕妇禁用。
