针对带斜度头洗发液异形瓶盖外形不规则、多种形状特征需不同脱模方式的特点,设计了一模二腔的模具结构,结合塑件不同部位脱模情况设计了不同的脱模机构,如在型腔侧采用前模斜顶斜螺纹嘴内孔脱模机构、哈弗滑块同步抽芯脱模机构完成塑件的型腔面脱模;在型芯侧设计了齿轮传动内螺纹脱螺纹机构、型芯块同步推出强制脱模机构;模架采用将标准模架改装成的六板式无顶出结构模架,依靠弹簧+模板顶出方式将塑件完全顶出并使用机械手取塑件及流道废料。实践证明,模具结构新颖,为同类塑件的注塑模具设计提供了有益参考。
