综述了硬、软磁性材料当前研究动态和它们分别对应着高、低矫顽力范畴的两个极端的基础上.着重分析讨论了硬、软磁性材料中最令人注目的两种新进展。对硬磁性材料将Sin2Fe17进行氮化处理,可以开发出居里温度和磁晶各向异性高于Nd2Fe14B磁体的新材料。对软磁材料,铁基“纳米晶”材料的开发成功.既具有高的磁化强度,又具有高的磁导率,打破了传统要求获得大晶粒显微组织的技术路线。此外,对其它硬、软磁性材料的新进展也作了扼要讨论。
The current research trends of hard and soft magnetic materials and their corresponding extreme and coercive forces are summarized. This paper focuses on two most notable new developments in hard and soft magnetic materials. Nitriding Sin2Fe17 on hard magnetic materials can develop new materials with higher Curie temperature and magnetocrystalline anisotropy than Nd2Fe14B magnets. The soft-magnetic materials, iron-based “nanocrystalline” material development success. Both with high magnetization, but also has high permeability, breaking the traditional requirements of access to large grain microstructure technology line. In addition, new developments in other hard and soft magnetic materials are also briefly discussed.
