目的:观察银蒲解毒含漱液对大鼠实验性牙周炎的治疗作用。方法:46只SD大鼠随机分为模型组和正常组。利用高糖高脂饮食、细菌接种和丝线结扎方法建立牙周炎动物模型。将造模成功的32只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、银蒲组和龙掌组,分别给予蒸馏水、银蒲解毒含漱液和龙掌口含液治疗并对照观察,检测菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)和牙周探诊深度(PD)。结果:通过比较PLI、SBI和PD,模型组和正常组之间差异有统计学意义(p<0.05﹚,造模成功。对照组与银蒲组比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05﹚,本药对动物牙周炎有效。银蒲组和龙掌组比较,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),两种药物在治疗动物牙周炎时,疗效无差异。结论:银蒲解毒含漱液对大鼠实验性牙周炎具有一定的治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic effect of Yin Pu Jie Du Yu Hua liquid on experimental periodontitis in rats. Methods: Forty-six SD rats were randomly divided into model group and normal group. An animal model of periodontitis was established using a high-sugar high-fat diet, bacterial inoculation, and silk ligation methods. 32 Sprague-Dawley rats were successfully divided into control group, Yinpu group and Longzhang group. They were treated with distilled water, Yinpujiedugar liquid and Longzhangkou liquid, and the control group was used to observe the plaque index. PLI), sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and periodontal probing depth (PD). Results: By comparing PLI, SBI and PD, the difference between the model group and the normal group was statistically significant (p<0.05), and the model was successful. The difference between the control group and the Yinpu group was statistically significant (p<0.05). The drug was effective for periodontitis in animals. There was no statistically significant difference between Yinpu and Longzhang groups (p>0.05). There was no difference in efficacy between the two drugs in the treatment of periodontitis in animals. Conclusion: Yinpu Detoxification and Quyu Solution have a certain therapeutic effect on experimental periodontitis in rats.
