采用有限元软件DEFORM3D对U型套管形状钛合金连接管件内径滚压成形过程进行了三维刚塑性有限元模拟,得到变形区的速度场,以掌握管壁金属产生塑性变形填入套管凹槽的成形行为。并对影响连接件性能的齿槽尺寸、压下量进行了模拟,这对分析连接件密封质量具有一定的指导意义。
