以季胺化PS微球(PS-CH2-N+(C2H5) 3Cl-)为载体,吸附溶液中的Fe3+和Ni2+,用硼氢化钠还原氯制备负载型纳米零价Fe/Ni(PS-NZVFe/Ni),采用SEM、EDS、BET对其进行表征.以对硝基氯苯为目标物,考察了PS-NZVFe/Ni对目标物的催化还原脱氯效果,发现Ni/Fe质量比、PS-NZVFe/Ni质量、温度、溶液pH对降解反应均有影响.1.0 g PS-NZVFe/Ni(Ni/Fe质量比为2.0%)25℃下处理pH为3~7、250 mL浓度为250.3 mg/L的p-CNB水溶液,振荡速度为110 r/min,20 min时p-CNB转化率可达99.0%以上,90 min后p-CNB完全还原成苯胺.“,”Firstly,quaternary aminated polystyrene microspheres (PS-CH2-N+ (C2H5)3C1-) are taken as the carrier to absorb Fe3+ and Ni2+ in the solution,and then chlorine in the microspheres is reduced by sodium borohydride to prepare the support type ano-scale zero-valent Ni/Fe catalyst (PS-NZVFe/Ni),which is then characterized by SEM,EDS and BET.Then p-nitrochlorobenzene (p-CNB) is taken as the target substance to determine catalytic reduction dechlorination effect of prepared PS-NZVFe/Ni.It is found that the mass ratio of Ni/Fe,PS-NZVFe/Ni dosage,temperature,solution pH all have impacts on reduction reaction.Under the conditions of 25℃,pH =3-7,the oscillation speed at 100 r· min-1,dosage of PS-NZVFe/Ni (Ni/Fe =2.0%) being 1.0 g and 250 mL of p-CNB aqueous solution with concentration of 250.3 mg.L-1 as object,the conversion rate of p-CNB can exceed 99.0% in 20 min,and reach 100% in 90 min.
