医院文化,是在不同经济背景条件下发展起来的一种长期经营且具有稳定价值的理想信念、道德规范或是医院传统,并将此作为基础,演变成属于医院本身的服务理念、或是服务意识。随着社会经济结构方式的不断转变,人在文化中的主导作用越来越明显,医院的文化建设逐渐受到相关管理人员的高度重视。企业医院在医疗事业中作为一种新兴的文化力量,具有一系列市场经济或是社会价值性。本篇文章基于企业医院员工的角度来不断完善企业医院中的文化建设,对未来企业医院的建设具有非常重要的参考价值。
