经济运行的矛盾和冲突现象,在一定程度上可以归因于分工体系与其占有的生产力之间的矛盾。按照马克思历史唯物主义原理的基本观点,分工体系与生产力相互平衡和适应的关系,是分工体系的首要价值,新旧分工体系的更替是实现这一价值的主要手段。在占有现实生产力的情况下,分工体系内部各个劳动过程之间的平衡关系,是分工体系第二性的价值;分工体系内部的机制调节,是实现第二性价值的主要手段,从而使分工体系适应生产力发展的要求,适应人类社会解放和自由发展的要求。
The contradictions and conflicts in economic operation can be partly attributed to the contradiction between the system of division of labor and the productive forces it possesses. According to the basic view of Marxist historical materialism, the relationship between division of labor and productivity is the primary value of the division of labor system. The replacement of old and new division of labor system is the main means to realize this value. Under the condition of possessing the real productive forces, the balance between the various labor processes within the division of labor system is the second-value value of the division of labor system. The adjustment of mechanisms within the division of labor system is the primary means of realizing the second-value value, so that the division of labor system Adapt to the requirements of the development of productive forces and meet the requirements of liberation and free development of human society.
