襟副翼是飞机外翼的重要组合部分,位于机翼的后缘,可以沿转动轴线上下偏转,为后缘增升装置,其主要功能是使飞机增升和产生横滚力矩,为实现其功能行,襟副翼与机翼之间悬挂装配质量至关重要,本文从襟副翼转动构件、传动构件来分析襟副翼悬挂难点,论述了如何通过装配工艺方法来保证襟副翼悬挂交点的同轴度。
Flaperons are an important part of the outer wing of the aircraft and are located on the trailing edge of the wing. They can be deflected up and down along the axis of rotation to act as a trailing edge lifting device whose main function is to lift the aircraft and produce roll moments.
