推进变频器是电力推进舰船的动力关键设备,其运行可靠性关系着船舶运行的安全性。过电压是导致推进变频器损坏的重要原因之一,本文根据推进变频器的拓扑结构分析了其过电压产生的机理,提出了基于压敏电阻的过电压抑制方法,分析了压敏电阻的接入位置,对其抑制效果进行仿真分析,仿真结果验证了抑制方法的有效性。
Advancing the inverter is the key equipment of the power propulsion ship, and its operational reliability is related to the safety of the ship operation. Over-voltage is one of the important reasons leading to drive inverter damage. In this paper, the mechanism of over-voltage generation is analyzed according to the topology of drive inverter. An overvoltage suppression method based on varistor is proposed. The simulation results show that the suppression method is effective.
