研究了EM901可生物降解聚合物(BP)浸渍纸的物理性能和可生物降解能力,结果表明,在相同定量下浸渍纸的湿强度随EM901用量的增加明显提高,而干强度提高略小。当EM901用量为20%、PAE用量为0.5%时,浸渍纸的湿强度可提高到9.3 MPa,在此基础上再加入PVAm可以进一步提高纸张的湿强度,当PVAm用量为0.2%时,该浸渍纸的湿抗张强度提高了27%,若只加入PAE,其用量为0.7%时,湿强度仅提高3%~4%,PAE和PVAm对浸渍纸的可生物降解能力有一定影响,浸渍纸放入土壤中60天后,纸张质量减少了90%。未加入湿强剂的复合纸仅需45天就可减少相同的质量,而原纸仅需30天。
The physical properties and biodegradability of EM901 biodegradable polymer (BP) impregnated paper were studied. The results showed that the wet strength of impregnated paper increased obviously with the increase of EM901, while the dry strength increased slightly. When the dosage of EM901 is 20% and the dosage of PAE is 0.5%, the wet strength of the impregnated paper can be increased to 9.3 MPa. On the basis of this, the wet strength of the paper can be further increased by adding PVAm. When the amount of PVAm is 0.2%, the impregnation The wet tensile strength of paper increased by 27%. If only PAE was added, the wet strength increased by only 3% ~ 4% when the dosage was 0.7%. PAE and PVAm had some influence on the biodegradability of impregnated paper.
