目的 对人乳腺癌组织C—erbB—2(癌基因蛋白)和PCNA抗体(增殖细胞核抗原)的研究。方法 利用免疫组化技术对石蜡包埋人乳腺癌标本进行免疫组化技术研究。结果 110例标本中,C—erbB—2过度表达51例(占46.1%);PCNA指数:32例低于5%,37例介于5%~10%,41例高于10%。提示C—erbB—2过度表达,PCNA指数的高低与乳腺癌组织类型(含有粉刺样物癌、硬癌)细胞形态腋淋巴结转移情况之间存在重要关联。结论 C—erbB—2过度表达和高PCNA指数和腋淋巴结转移之间呈相关表现,而与肿瘤ER、PR水平、患者年龄等因素没发现明显关联。
Objective To study the C-erbB-2 (oncogene protein) and PCNA antibody (proliferating cell nuclear antigen) in human breast cancer tissues. Methods The immunohistochemical technique of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer specimens was studied by immunohistochemistry. Results In 110 specimens, C-erbB-2 was overexpressed in 51 cases (46.1%); PCNA index: 32 cases were lower than 5%, 37 cases were between 5% and 10%, and 41 cases were higher than 10%. It is suggested that C-erbB-2 is over-expressed, and there is an important relationship between the PCNA index and the type of breast cancer (including acne-like cancer and hard cancer) cell morphology and axillary lymph node metastasis. Conclusion There was a correlation between C-erbB-2 overexpression and high PCNA index and axillary lymph node metastasis, but no significant correlation was found between C-erbB-2 and tumor ER, PR and age.
