目的分析卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤、交界性上皮肿瘤、良性上皮性肿瘤中β-连环素(β-catenin)、E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、结肠腺瘤样息肉病(APC)蛋白的表达,研究其在上皮性卵巢肿瘤发生过程中的作用,探讨Wnt信号通路在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中发挥作用的可能性。方法应用免疫组织化学染色SABC法检测49例卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤、10例卵巢交界性上皮肿瘤及16例卵巢良性上皮肿瘤组织中的β-catenin、E-cadherin和APC蛋白的表达情况,并分析其相关性。结果在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中β-catenin、E-cadherin的异常表达率(79.59%、67.35%)明显高于卵巢交界性上皮肿瘤(30%、20%)和卵巢良性上皮肿瘤(25%、0%)。β-catenin的表达与E-cadherin的表达呈正相关(R=0.525 8,P<0.05)。而卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中APC的阴性表达率明显高于卵巢良性上皮肿瘤(P<0.05),而与卵巢交界性上皮肿瘤间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中β-catenin的表达与APC的表达无显著相关性(R=0.042 9,P>0.05)。结论β-catenin、E-cadherin、APC在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤的发生发展中可能发挥重要作用,但传统的Wnt信号通路在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中发挥作用的可能性不大。
Objective To analyze the expression of β-catenin, E-cadherin, and adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) protein in ovarian epithelial ovarian tumors, borderline epithelial tumors and benign epithelial tumors To investigate the role of Wnt signaling pathway in the development of epithelial ovarian tumors and explore the possibility of Wnt signaling pathway in epithelial ovarian tumors. Methods The expression of β-catenin, E-cadherin and APC protein in 49 cases of ovarian malignant epithelial tumor, 10 cases of ovarian borderline epithelial tumor and 16 cases of ovarian benign epithelial tumor were detected by immunohistochemical SABC method and analyzed Its relevance. Results The abnormal expression rates of β-catenin and E-cadherin in epithelial ovarian tumors (79.59%, 67.35%) were significantly higher than those in borderline epithelial ovarian tumors (30%, 20%) and ovarian benign epithelial tumors 0%). The expression of β-catenin was positively correlated with the expression of E-cadherin (R = 0.525 8, P <0.05). However, the negative expression rate of APC in ovarian malignant epithelial tumor was significantly higher than that in benign epithelial ovarian tumor (P <0.05), but not in border ovarian epithelial tumor (P> 0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression of β-catenin and the expression of APC in ovarian malignant epithelial tumors (R = 0.042 9, P> 0.05). Conclusions β-catenin, E-cadherin and APC may play important roles in the development of ovarian malignant epithelial tumors. However, the traditional Wnt signaling pathway is unlikely to play a role in epithelial ovarian tumors.
