高校共青团服务青年学生科技创新思维培养与开发研究

随着我国高等教育的普及,在校大学生成为科技创新人员的后备力量之一。高校共青团是高等教育工作的重要组成部分,当前参与青年科技创新思维开发与培养应该成为高校共青团服务青年学生工作的着眼点。然而由于认识上的偏差、组织经验不足、缺乏必要的物质保障和指导大学生科技创新活动的长期有效机制不健全,高校共青团服务于大学生科技创新活动还有很多不足。因此共青团应该从培养科技创新意识、提高科技创新能力、完善创新奖励机制、健全教育服务体系等途径入手,服务青年学生科技创新思维的培养与开发。 With the popularization of higher education in our country, undergraduates become one of the reserve forces for scientific and technological innovators. The Communist Youth League in colleges and universities is an important part of higher education. The current participation in the development and cultivation of scientific and technological innovative thinking among young people should be the focus of youth work in the Communist Youth League. However, because of the deviation of cognition, the inexperienced organization, the lack of the necessary material guarantee and the long-term effective mechanism to instruct college students in science and technology innovation activities are not perfect, so there are still many deficiencies in the university youth service in science and technology innovation activities. Therefore, the Communist Youth League should start with cultivating awareness of scientific and technological innovation, improving the capability of scientific and technological innovation, improving the system of reward for innovation, and improving education service system to serve the cultivation and development of young students’ scientific and technological innovative thinking.
